Who am I?

My name is Flick Smith. I am a cinematographer who happens to also love to draw. I’ve decided to share some of that art with you all! This website is operated by myself as a sole trader under my legal name Felicia J Smith and ABN 92 970 446 815.

However I do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide. Information you transmit is entirely at your own risk although I undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner.

Product Care Instructions

T-shirts: All t-shirts are printed using DTG printing methods. To lengthen the life of this print please wash inside out and on a cold cycle. Hang to dry in the shade. Please follow all care instructions on the label.

Delivery and Shipping times

Purchased items are fulfilled and sent from our supplier directly to save on storage and reduce the carbon footprint of shipping. Your order, depending on the items may be fulfilled from a facility more local to you or from a facility further away. Hence, shipping times and costs do vary depending on your location and the items purchased. If you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive in separate shipments from different facilities. I have endeavoured to select products that are available from multiple facilities worldwide to allow for the fastest delivery available.
 

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

•  USA: 3–4 business days

•  Europe: 6–8 business days

•   Australia: 2–14 business days

•  Japan: 4–8 business days

•  International: 10–20 business days

Creating Your Return or Exchange 

Items are made to order especially for you! Your order will be fulfilled with our supplier and shipped directly to you. This saves on unnecessary storage and helps to reduce the carbon footprint of shipping. 

If you have received a faulty item or have received the wrong item please contact hello@flickcine.com and let me know of the issue. Please include your order number, photos of the faults, if the fault is that it is the incorrect item please include a photo that shows this is incorrect. I will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution for you with our supplier.

Unfortunately we cant accept returns or exchanges on a change of mind (including if you ordered the incorrect size), only on faulty or incorrect items to what was ordered.   

 

Refunds and exchanges are only available as per the above outline for 30 days after the date of the purchase.

Customs and import charges for international orders

Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and I am not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we exclude all liability to any person for loss or damage of any kind arising from or relating to the use of this website or the materials on this website. Where any law implies a warranty into these terms of use which may not be excluded, then to the extent the law allows us, our liability for breach of the warranty will, at our option, be limited to the supply of the goods or services again or (where applicable) repaired or replaced; or paying the cost of having them supplied again, repaired or replaced.

Applicable law

These terms of use are governed by Victorian law and if there’s a dispute concerning these terms of use, the courts in Victoria will determine the outcome.
